The Old Dominion Athletic Conference soccer tournament begins this Saturday and Roanoke College will be on the road. The Maroons will travel to either Shenandoah or Randolph Macon depending on results from the final week of regular season games.
The Maroons were scheduled to wrap up the regular season on Wednesday night at Sweet Briar. Last Saturday they dropped a 1-0 decision to Virginia Wesleyan at Kerr Stadium in Salem to fall to 5-4 in the conference and 8-8-1 overall.
The RC women played at Hollins University last Wednesday and returned with a 9-0 win. Madalyn Szoke had two goals and scoring one each were Riley Dobranski, Lauren Fisher, Rebecca Carr, Lil Moshfegh, Karly Griffin, Stella Mitchell and Adrianna Cortez. Roanoke had 34 shots to 10 for Hollins.
