The Andrew Lewis Middle School track teams competed at Cave Spring High School the week before spring break, taking on host Cave Spring and Central Academy Middle Schools
The girls were led by double winner Lilliana Dean, who won the 100 and 200 meter dashes. Brynn Clewis remained undefeated in the 400 meter dash, as did Madeline Eversole in the 1600 meter run.
The boys team remained undefeated and were led by double winners Zyere Richardson in the hurdles, Felix Ruch in the distance race, and Grant Martin in the throws. The 400 meter dash was won by Jayden White and the 400 meter relay team of Richardson, White, Liam Park, and Joshua Elliot took first.
The Wolverines have a home meet scheduled for Wednesday of this week at the Salem High track.
