The Glenvar girls remained undefeat ed in soccer with two wins in the past week. The Highlanders beat Franklin County at home last Wednesday and at Martinsville Monday.
Glenvar was down 1-0 at the half in Rocky Mount but battled back for a 2-1 win. Gabby Barba and Annie George scored for the Highlanders.
On Monday it was no contest as Barba hit the net five times in a 10-1 win in Martinsville. Sawyer Wilson, Ryleigh Dickerson, Logann Meadows and George also scored in the district win.
The Highlanders are now 11-0 and will host Carroll County tonight at 6 pm.
