Approximately 130-150 graduates of Andrew Lewis High School’s class of ’57 will hold a special reunion June 10 at The Roanoke Country Club. The event, hosted by Morris Cregger, will begin at 6 p.m.

Several classmates will be recognized for their philanthropic and career endeavors. Among them are Cregger for whom the Cregger Center is named at Roanoke College. As the college’s chairman of the board, he provided the major funds to kick off the building’s fund-raising efforts.

One of the classmates, Mike Solonovich. is returning from his home in Germany. His parents, both artists, defected from Russia when he was in the eleventh grade at Andrew Lewis, and later immigrated to the Bent Mountain area. Anyone who may have been left off the invitation list may make a reservation by calling 345-4040 or 344-1059.
