The Andrew Lewis soccer teams swept matches with Hidden Valley last week. The girls won by a score of 4-1 at Hidden Valley and the boys won at home, 2-0.
Sara Mowbray scored the first goal for the Lewis girls halfway through the first half, then scored a second just a few minutes later.
For the boys, both goals were scored by Rocky Palotas in the last five minutes of the match. The goals were assisted by Parker Donahue and Kaleb Ray.
The boys and girls were scheduled to play Hidden Valley again on Tuesday, and the baseball and softball teams had doubleheaders with the Eagles after being frozen out last week.
The final Lewis games before spring break are today, with the baseball and boys’ soccer teams at home and the softball and girls’ soccer teams at Cave Spring.
