Arrests

The Salem Police Department reported the following people were arrested and charged between April 3-9. Arrest indicates an accusation and defendants are presumed innocent unless found guilty in court. Police do not release the names of persons under the age of 18.

Those arrested and their charges were listed as:

 

April 3 – Somer M. Gerald, 31, contributing to the delinquency of a minor and public intoxication; Patrick A. Blizzard, 48, contributing to the delinquency of a minor and public intoxication; and James L. Sanders Jr., 34, domestic assault and battery.

April 4 – Rowland K. Nicholson II, 25, possession of marijuana; Felicia E. Campbell, 39, possession of controlled substance; Derrick L. Bostick, 33, violation of probation; Bert E. Newcomb, 31, public intoxication and possession of marijuana; Reno D. Boone, 48, failure to appear; and Crystal A. Alban, 45, contempt to court.

April 5 – Megan E. Curbelo, 20, illegal possession of alcohol, Allie M. Holmes, 20, illegal possession of alcohol; Sarah A. Hughes, 20, illegal possession of alcohol; Christina M. Shelton, 42, credit card theft; Ty C. Sexton, 32, violation of probation; Tyler L. Elmore, 35, failure to appear; Larry J. Farrar, 66, shoplifting; Bradley S. Moore, 26, DUI; Brittany N. Huffman, 31, violation of protective order; Kathryn L. Overby, 20, possession of alcohol; Nina C. Amato, 19, illegal possession of alcohol; Katherine M. Wojceichowsksi, 21, illegal possession of alcohol; Katie M. Soper, 20, possession of alcohol; and Kathryn L. Priester, 20, illegal possession of alcohol.

April 6 – Tucker N. Green, 26, possession of marijuana; Jose S. Manueles, 33, public intoxication; and Teresa A. Wall, 47, embezzlement.

April 8 – Spencer S. Hite, 24, domestic assault and battery; Kenneth B. Jackson, 56, public intoxication; and Roberta L. Cassety, 54, public intoxication.

April 9 – Trent D. Martin, 19, failure to appear; Patrick A. Blizzard, 48, failure to appear; and Jermaine C. Jackson, 37, failure to appear.
