The Salem Police Department reported the following people were arrested and charged between May 22-June 4. Arrest indicates an accusation and defendants are presumed innocent unless found guilty in court. Police do not release the names of persons under the age of 18.
Those arrested and their charges were listed as:
May 22 – Curtis D. Day Jr., 39, false name to police; Bryan D. Auker, 48, grand larceny; DeAngelo L. Ramsey, 18, domestic assault and battery; Roger A. Shepherd, 29, failure to appear.
May 24 – Kaylee M. Price, 25, public intoxication; Allen J. Chaney, 22, two charges of petit larceny, property damage, credit card theft, credit card fraud, vehicle burglary, obtaining money/goods by false pretense.
May 25 – Derrick S. Graham Jr., 24, indecent exposure, urinating in public, public intoxication; Douglas S. Westmoreland, 29, possession of marijuana; Matthew R. Moss, indecent liberties; Travis J. Reynolds, possession of a controlled substance; Tyler J. Griffith, 23, failure to appear.
May 26 – Anna M. Gladden, 21, driving under the influence.
May 27 – Chayenne R. Harris, 19, public intoxication; Joshua L. Flowers, 20, possession of marijuana; Sherwin T. Overstreet, 21, tampering with a motor vehicle, disorderly conduct.
May 28 – Jared T. Johnson, 20, domestic assault and battery.
May 29 – Heather L. Fink, 29, violation of probation and contempt of court; Jeremiah S. Perdue, 35, failure to appear; and Barry L. Moyer, 54, shoplifting.
May 30 – Eric E. Doss, 36, possession of a controlled substance; Thomas W. Erlyine Jr., 25, evading police and shoplifting; Samuel C. Moran II, 44, domestic assault and battery; Laura E. Wickham, 38, public intoxication; and Brandy N. Palmer, 38, shoplifting.
May 31 – Emily R. Mitchell, 23, public intoxication and false name to police; Tyrell Paige, 23, credit card theft and violation of probation; Shawn W. Hengeli, 41, failure to appear; Edward G. Manspile, 49, violation of protective order; Arob M. Ashwil, 26, grand larceny and vehicle theft; and Tyler G. Crockett, 23, DUI.
June 1 – Denilson O. Cruz, 19, domestic assault and battery; Catherine A. Beheler, 29, possession of controlled substance; Jonathon D. Foutz, 23, possession of marijuana and public intoxication.
June 2 – Blake T. Gallagher, 29, grand larceny; and Frederick L. Hodges, 48, possession of marijuana.
June 3 – Kayla N. Honaker, 26, criminal trespass; Ashley M. Honaker, 24, criminal trespass; and Frederick L. Hodges, 48, violation of protective order.
June 4 – Robert M. Lyon Jr., 70, assault and battery; Jonathon A. Carpenter, 20, possession of marijuana; Maximilian H. Sebolt, 19, possession of marijuana; and Edward R. Gray, 57, public intoxication.
