The Roanoke College women’s lacrosse team will host Randolph College this Saturday at Kerr Stadium. The first faceoff is scheduled for 11 am in the Alumni Weekend contest.

RC is 6-6 after dropping a 15-11 decision to Bridgewater last Friday evening in Bridgewater. Roanoke was led by Ellie Armstrong who had four goals, while Maggie Lewis and Jenn Schwechheimer each had three. Lainey Decker dished out two assists and Lewis snared a team-high six draw controls.

The Eagles led 6-5 at the half, then scored the first four goals of the second half to take a convincing lead. Armstrong and Lewis scored for Roanoke to cut it to 10-7, but BC scored three unanswered goals to put the game away.

Carly Schoudel made eight saves for Roanoke, while Mikaela Brooks made six stops for BC.
