Scouts working on their badges at Camp Powhatan recently reviewed copies of local newspapers. “They are essential for multiple of our badges and scouts really enjoyed reading them,” Lucas Melson, Eagles Nest director, said of the newspapers. “These kids are mainly from Virginia and North Carolina, but we did have a troop from Florida and Texas.”
