The Rev. Ben Moore, pastor of Fort Lewis Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) for more than five years, has announced his resignation. Moore said he is “awaiting God’s call” before announcing specific plans. He has been active in the Salem clergy group which supports several ecumenical ministries for the city.
Moore said an interim pastor is being sought.
