Roanoke County– Roanoke County welcomes back Food Truck Thursdays this spring. The highly anticipated event returns with its spring edition, promising a fusion of flavors and cuisines at not one, but three rotating parks: Green Hill Park, Walrond Park and Merriman Soccer Complex.
Scheduled to kick off on April 11 at Green Hill Park, attendees can expect a wide range of food options, from Puerto Rican or Asian cuisines to seafood and hot-pressed sandwiches, alongside American classics like BBQ and cheeseburgers.
