Forlines, Elizabeth L.

Elizabeth L. “Betty” Forlines, age 84, of Salem, went to be with the Lord on January 18, 2017.

She was the daughter of Sherman R. and Ann O. Gearheart and an active member of Locust Grove United Methodist Church.

She was predeceased by her husband, William N. Forlines and her parents. Surviving are daughters and sons-in-law; Deborah K. Philipp, Patricia L. Diffenderfer, Donna F. and Barry L. Davis, Elizabeth A. and Clifton N. Herington, Tammy J. and Jeffrey N. Huffman.

Also surviving are 10 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; brother, Frank E. Gearheart and wife Gwenn; sisters Marcia Chewning, Rosa Lee Coeburn; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services were held Friday January 20, 2017 at 12pm at Oakey’s North Chapel with Pastor Ben Lockhart officiating.  Graveside service was 2:00pm Saturday, January 21, 2017 at Roselawn Memorial Gardens in Princeton, WV.  Visitation was held Thursday, January 19, 2017 from 2pm-4pm and 6pm-8pm at Oakey’s North Chapel.
