It was a tough night for the Glenvar soccer teams Monday when the Highlanders played host to Giles. The boys lost 8-0, followed by a 7-1 loss for the girls.

The boys are now 3-3. Glenvar lost a game to Floyd last week, 2-1. Nathan Booth had the goal for Glenvar with an assist from Carson Cain.

Jenna Hux scored Glenvar’s goal in the loss to Giles on Monday at Highlander Stadium off a corner kick.

Both teams are scheduled to play at Radford Monday.
