Roanoke County will wrap up its three-day RoCo Food Truck Week at Green Hill Park on May 21, giving residents a chance to enjoy lunch from several local food vendors while spending time outdoors at one of the county’s largest parks.
The pop-up food truck event will run May 19-21 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at different county parks and facilities. Organizers said the event is designed to bring a variety of local cuisine options to the community while supporting area food truck businesses.

The second day will be held Wednesday, May 20, at the Roanoke County administration complex at 5204 Bernard Drive. Participating vendors there will include Kerstin’s Kitchen, Rocky Mount Smokehouse, Smooshed and Sudha’s Kitchen.
