The Glenvar tennis teams will wrap up the regular season today when the Highlanders take on Radford. The girls are at home and the boys are at Radford.
ON Monday Glenvar’s girls defeated Floyd County at Floyd, 5-4. Hannah Yando, Hannah Green, Allison Clark and Adelia Mau won their singles matches, while Hannah Green and Mary Katherine Holliday won their doubles match.
Last Thursday both teams played Giles. The girls lost in Pearisburg, 8-1, with Adelia May and Alex Saunders winning Glenvar’s point in doubles. The boys beat Giles, 7-0, at home.
