intersection of Apperson Dr. and Cook Dr. in Roanoke, VA 24018; and tower #71100 will be located at railroad mile post 262.70, approximately ¼-mile north of the intersection of Apperson Dr. and Cook Dr. in Roanoke, VA 24018. WSP USA, Inc., on behalf of our client, invites
