LETTER TO THE EDITOR

May I inquire, as a person in self imposed quarantine… why are professional, minor league, high schools, NBA, NFL, and all baseball teams killing people to play sports? What is more important, your health, my health, our children’s health or a game?  These ” professional ” athletes have been out of “work” for months. Now they’re all coming back, hitting the courts…fields and going straight to the disabled list.

I’d rather, were I a sports fanatic, watch a rerun than jeopardize my life or the life of others. But that’s just me.

Of course, it must be the money. Someone must pay. Hope it’s not the rest of us who followed common sense. God have Mercy on the rest of you.
