CERTIFICATE OF PUBLIC CONVENIENCE AND NECESSITY FOR THE REMAINDER OF THE TWELVE (12) MONTH PERIOD ENDING MARCH 31, 2023, FOR SPARTAN VIP LIMOUSINE, LLC

IN THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SALEM, VIRGINIA:

Pursuant to the provisions of Section 98-94 of The Code of the City of Salem, Virginia, the Council of the City of Salem hereby gives notice that at the regular meeting of said Council

to be held on November 14, 2022, at 6:30 p.m., in Council Chambers, City Hall, 114 N. Broad Street, Salem, Virginia, a public hearing will be held for the purpose of consideration of issuance of a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity for the remainder of the twelve (12) month period ending March 31, 2023 for Spartan VIP Limousine, LLC.

At said hearing, parties in interest and citizens shall have an opportunity to be heard, present evidence, and show cause why such certificates should or should not be granted.
