TO: THE RESPONDENTS:
The object of this suit is to
enforce the lien for taxes
assessed by the County of
Roanoke, Virginia against
certain real property
designated as Tax Map
Parcel No.061.11-01-51.00.0000.
An affidavit having been
made and filed that
diligence has been used
without effect to ascertain
the location of Loretta Taylor and that
there are or may be persons
with an interest in the
subject property, including
heirs, devisees, and
successors in title of Loretta Taylor who may be
deceased, whose names
and addresses are
unknown, it is hereby
ORDERED that each of the
parties appear on or before
the 26th of February, and
do whatever is necessary to
protect their interests in said
land.
It is further ORDERED,
pursuant to Va. Code Ann.
- 8.01-321, that this Order of
Publication be published
once a week for two
successive weeks in the
Salem Times Register, a
newspaper of general
circulation in the county of
Roanoke, and that a copy
be posted at the front door
of the Courthouse in county
of Roanoke, Virginia.
