Police Report

The Salem Police Department reported the following people were arrested and charged March 24-April 6. Arrest indicates an accusation, and defendants are presumed innocent unless found guilty in court. Police do not release the names of persons under the age of 18.

Those arrested and their charges were listed as:

March 24 – Craig M. Prest, 47, domestic assault and symbols; and Frank M. Maxwell, 48, shoplifting

March 26 – Rhonda B. Kennedy, 55, shoplifting; and Jean E. Wright, 47, criminal trespass

March 27 – Christopher L. Clarkson, 42, shoplifting; David T. Deuterman, 24, uttering, obtain money by false pretense; Richard A. Wheeler, 37, domestic assault and battery, strangulation of another; April R. Carico, 40, criminal trespass; and Gene T. Goodman, 57, shoplifting

March 28 – Jaylan A. Holland, 19, embezzlement; April R. Carico, 40, shoplifting, criminal trespass, fugitive from justice; Jonathan L. Bryant, 36, public intoxication; and Arif E. Osman, 31, DUI

March 29 – Noah E. Reynolds, 19, shoplifting, obtain money by false pretense; Kayla E. Lester, 18, shoplifting, obtain money by false pretense; and Angel L. Pruitt, 19, shoplifting, obtain money by false pretense

March 30 – Victor A. Martinez, 28, DUI and Mark F. Borkowski, 57, domestic assault and battery

April 1 – Donald R. Oliver Jr, 48, shoplifting; Da’ja M. Johnson, 20, shoplifting; Kwamane E. Montgomery, 29, shoplifting and Charles S. Pritchard, 43, DUI

April 3 – Nemer R. Hattar, 19, telephone harassment

April 5 – Rebecca S. Reese, 46, criminal trespass
