The Salem Police Department reported the following people were arrested and charged April 2-8. Arrest indicates an accusation and defendants are presumed innocent unless found guilty in court. Police do not release the names of persons under the age of 18.
Those arrested and their charges were listed as:
April 2 – Heather R. Fagg, 27, shoplifting
April 3 – Daniel T. Devore, 31, shoplifting; and Colleen N. Seebo, 38, shoplifting.
April 4 – Richard A. Kinzey, 51, possession of marijuana; and Jonathan C. Gillman, 38, domestic assault and battery.
April 5 – Brandon L. Kelly, 37, domestic assault and battery; Michael G. Clayton, 55, failure to appear.
April 6 – Jason D. Colley, 46, false statement; Laura L. Day, 36, possession of marijuana, obstructing justice; and Charles M. Burnette, 39, possession of marijuana.
April 7 – Joseph M. Chaney, 34, DUI
April 8 – Rachel E. Garrison, 22, DUI; and Joan B. Smith, 42, shoplifting.
