Police Report – April 6th, 2017

The Salem Police Department reported the following people were arrested and charged between March 28-April 3. Arrest indicates an accusation and defendants are presumed innocent unless found guilty in court. Police do not release the names of persons under the age of 18.

Those arrested and their charges were listed as:

March 28 – Michael J. O’Brien, 26, failure to appear; Brandy L. Ramsey, 34, contributing to the delinquency of a minor

March 29 – Donnie L. Hartsock, 59, assault and battery; Jennifer D. Hodge, 43, shoplifting, criminal trespassing

March 30 – Michael W. Reese, 36, public intoxication

March 31 – Elizabeth A. Kihlmire, 32, assault and battery; Craig W. Manges Jr., 30, violation of probation; Denise A. Schneider, 28, abusive language in public

April 1 – Gregory L. Terry, 25, public intoxication; Cheyenne D. Turner, 24, abusive language; Burrell E. Reed, 61, failure to appear, violation of a protective order; Pete E. Mosteller, 25, public intoxication; Joseph B. Anderson, 29, assault and battery, criminal trespassing

April 2 – Quaid J. McGeorge, 23, evading police, driving on a suspended license; Dominique D. Williams, 29, possession of marijuana; Michael S. Johnson, 18, failure to appear

April 3 – Reinaldo Estrada-Hernandez, 25, credit card fraud, conspiracy to commit credit card fraud; Yoanky G. Perez, credit card fraud, conspiracy to commit credit card fraud; Aymara R. Turruelles, 22, credit card fraud, conspiracy to commit credit card fraud; Mercedes O. De La Rosa, 23, credit card fraud, conspiracy to commit credit card fraud

Also reported were the following felonies:

March 29 – Shoplifting, 100 block of Electric Road

April 1 – Grand larceny, 200 block of Randolph Avenue

April 2 – Grand larceny, 200 block of Diamond Road

April 3 – Grand larceny, 100 block of Front Avenue; credit card fraud, conspiracy to commit credit card fraud, 100 Electric Road
