Police Report: July 28–August 3

The Salem Police Department reported the following people were arrested and charged July 28–August 3. Arrest indicates an accusation, and defendants are presumed innocent unless found guilty in court. Police do not release the names of persons under the age of 18.

Those arrested and their charges were listed as:

July 28 – Martin D. Sunday, 49, public intoxication; Michael W. Wills, 46, assault and battery, domestic assault and battery; and Kelley M. Hill, 34, assault and battery.

July 29 – Daniel G. Rosendahl, 22, assault and battery; Arnold E. Smith, 42, harassing communication; Amber N. Wright, 22, neglect; and Taylor C. Botts, 28, conceal merchandise.

July 30 – Christine D. Woolwine, 45, shoplifting; and Richard E. Dent II, 30, failure to appear.

July 31 – Robert B. Cooper, 28, failure to appear; and Gregory M. Frazier, 48, robbery.

August 1 – Mason L. Bland, 22, public intoxication; and Seth M. Arnold, 25, public intoxication.

August 2 – Joseph D. Lafferty, 39, contempt of court

August 3 – Tony S. Worrell III, 18, evading police, damage property; Kathryn M. Newman, 36, failure to appear; and Michelle P. Wright, 49, violation of probation.
