Police Reports 2.2.17

The Salem Police Department reported the following people were arrested and charged between January 24-30. Arrest indicates an accusation and defendants are presumed innocent unless found guilty in court. Police do not release the names of juveniles under the age of 18.

Those arrested and their charges were listed as:

January 24 – Christopher S. Harrison, 4r, driving under the influence, driving with suspended license; Eugene O. Montgomery, 40, fraudulent use of a credit card, three charges of obtaining money by false pretense; Kevin D. Hollins, 52, violation of probation; Norman J. Grebos, 45, violation of a protective order

January 25 – Rachel O. Dudley, 40, contempt of court; Daquown D. Childress, 19, possession of marijuana; Kevin L. Bannister Jr., 23, possession of marijuana, possession of a concealed weapon; Cynthia E. Howell, 54, contempt of court; Joshua M. Adkins, 37, failure to appear

January 26 – Phillip R. Brewer Sr., 72, public intoxication; Zane J. Scott, 37, telephone harassment

January 27 – Jacob M. Kolida, 22, shoplifting, public intoxication; Nicolas J. Clements, shoplifting, public intoxication; Robert N. Burks, 26, violation of probation; Jessica A. Boyer, driving with suspended license; Brad H. Beasley, 30, grand larceny; Billie J. Brookshanks, 31, assault and battery

January 28 – C. Mack Price, 41, violation of probation; Mitchell F. Howell, 26, contempt of court; Alexsis N. Mattox, 22, failure to appear; Michael J. Craddock, 39, domestic assault and battery, strangulation; Paul R. Jackson, 38, obstruction of justice; Quinton R. Edmonds, 21, domestic assault and battery; Brittany K. Back, 24, public intoxication

January 29 – James C. Fisher, 22, noise violation; Joseph L. King, 22, noise violation; Eddie W. Hill, 48, driving with suspended license; Stanley E. Wood, 57, domestic assault and battery; Alejandra N. Powell, 23, public intoxication

January 30 – Tonya Y. Law, 48, assault and battery; Tonya E. Stout, 46, telephone harassment; Russell E. Austin Jr., 40, failure to appear; Anthony J. Terry, 19, three charges of fraudulent use of a credit card, three charges of contributing to the delinquency of a minor; Salmon A. Alotaibi, 22, possession of marijuana; Robert T. Gardner Jr., 53, violation of probation

 

Also reported were the following felonies:

January 24 – Burglary, 400 block of Yorkshire Street; grand larceny, 200 block of S. Colorado Street

January 27 – Bad checks, 2800 block of W. Main Street; grand larceny, 600 block of Diamond Road; grand larceny, 1700 block of Eddy Avenue

January 28 – Strangulation, 0 block of Stewart Aly

January 29 – Grand larceny, 300 block of E. 3rd Street

January 30 – Fraudulent use of a credit card, 1700 block of E. Main Street; fraudulent use of a credit card, 100 block of Electric Road
