Cooper Neeble led the Roanoke College men’s cross country team to a fourth-place finish at the 2022 Hornet Harrier Invitational, hosted by Shenandoah University in Winchester, VA last Saturday. Zoe Dunlap led the women with a 14th-place finish on the course that will host the 2022 ODAC Cross Country Championships.
Neeble finished the 8k course in fourth with a time of 27:23.3. Chamberlain Zulauf finishe eighth in a time of 27:32.6. More than 100 runners competed in the event. As a team, the men finish in fourth place.
Dunlap finished in the top 15 with a time of 25:52.5 on the 6k course. The women finished sixth.
Roanoke will be back on the cross-country trails on Friday, October 7 when they travel to Charlotte, North Carolina for the Royals Cross Country Challenge.
