Roanoke College soccer coaches Ryan Pflugrad and Phil Benne have announced a free soccer clinic for boys and girls ages 6-14 on Friday, August 23, 2024 from 6:15 – 7:45 PM at Roanoke College’s Kerr Stadium. The free soccer clinic is designed to teach technical and tactical fundamentals of the game in an exciting way and to help players prepare for the upcoming soccer season.
It also will be a great opportunity to come out and meet the Maroons Men’s and Women’s Soccer Teams, and to play at Kerr Stadium at Roanoke College. The free soccer clinic will include instruction from the Roanoke Men’s and Women’s Soccer staff and players, giveaways, and prizes. Each participant is asked to bring a soccer ball and wear soccer shin guards and athletic appropriate clothing.
