Renovated James I. Moyer Complex opens 

Salem Mayor Renee Turk cuts the ribbon among a host of dignitaries to officially open the renovated James I. Moyer Complex on Monday. A large crowd showed up on a hot day to welcome the re-opening of the complex after a year and 11 months of work. After listening to remarks from Mayor Turk and Salem Department of Parks and Recreation Director John Shaner the crowd toured the grounds and received a free lunch from the concession stand.
