Roanoke County Board of Supervisors selects new chairman

Roanoke County—During their organizational meeting on Jan. 14, the Roanoke County Board of Supervisors selected David Radford as the chairman for 2025. Radford has served as the Windsor Hills District representative since 2018. He served as board chairman in 2020 and vice chairman in 2021.  

In addition, Hollins District representative, Phil North, was selected to serve as the vice-chairman for 2025. North served as board chairman in 2019 and 2024.  

Beginning in 2025, board meetings will be held on the second and fourth Tuesdays at 2 p.m. Public hearings will be held at 6 p.m. on the fourth Tuesday of each month, unless

otherwise advertised. Meeting agendas can be found on the county’s website at www.roanokecountyva.gov.
