On Wednesday, May 9th the Salem School System will be giving sports physicals for next year.
Andrew Lewis Middle School will be from 6-7:15 pm and Salem High will be from 7:15-8:30 pm. The cost is $20 cash.
Physicals forms will be available in each school’s main office. Please have the physical form completely filled out before arriving.
The physicals will take place behind the High School in the science wing. Wear a T shirt and shorts.
