10, 2024, for the following property:

A lot that consists of 3.18 acres, more or less, land, zoned Low Density Residential, and identified as Tax Map # 086.19-02-01.01-0000. This parcel is rectangular in shape with a topography that is sloping to steep with vegetation of trees and grass over most of the parcel and bordered by residentially zoned parcels on three sides

and Bent Mountain Road (Rote 221) to the East.

The value placed on this parcel is $ 47,700.00
