SERVPRO of Roanoke recently recognized team members Juan Samuel and Julie Vest for their growing knowledge of Fire Restoration after completing the Fire and Smoke Restoration Technician (FSRT) certification by IICRC. This educated them in job scoping, mitigation, cleaning, deodorization, subrogation, spoliation and documentation of residential and commercial fire and smoke damaged structures and contents.
