the undersigned will apply to the Council of the City of Salem at a public hearing on June 22 at 7:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as may be heard in the Council Chambers of the City of Salem, at 114 North Broad Street, Salem, Virginia, based on an application to permanently vacate an approximate 0.0069 acres of a 12’ unopened alley situate off West Second Street. The right of way is bounded on the west and south by 306 W. Second Street (Tax Parcel # 144-5-2), on the east by 403 Union Street (Tax Parcel #144-5-8), and on the north by West Second Street.
All parties of interest and citizens may appear on the above date and be heard on the question.
