Roanoke County Parks, Recreation and Tourism held the 12th annual “Touch-A-Truck” event at Green Hill Park on Saturday, Sept. 23 from 10 a.m.-3 p.m. This year marked the first time the event has been held at Green Hill Park since 2019. More than 100 unique vehicles were at the event, with more than 50 of the vehicles from regional businesses. Those who attended the event were able to ask questions about the vehicles from their drivers and operators. Bucket truck rides were provided by Altec. A number of food vendors were on-site. -The Salem Times-Register
