The Roanoke College men’s volleyball team will celebrate “Senior Day” this Saturday with a tri-match at the Cregger Center in Salem. The Maroons will take on Averett University at noon and Carolina University at 4 pm while Averett and Carolina will play each other at 2 pm.
Roanoke is 18-9 overall after losing to Randolph-Macon, three sets to one, in Salem last Friday. That dropped the Maroons to 6-3 in ODAC play.
Michael Cummins led the way offensively with 13 kills. Andre Gates and Colin Mendoza were the next closest Maroons in the category with eight and seven kills. Teagan Cole topped the squad in assists with 20.
