The Roanoke College volleyball team is 8-7 after picking up two ODAC wins. The Maroons won a three setter over Eastern Mennonite University in Harrisonburg last Saturday and took three from Averett University in Danville Tuesday.
After dropping the first set, 25-19, the Maroons won the next three by scores of 25-19, 25-18 and 25-21 against EMU. Sophomore Emma Catoe blasted a match-high 17 kills and added four blocks for the Maroons. Kaci Morrison had 12 kills and Raygan Wade distributed 22 assists with nine digs and four service aces.
The Maroons are now off until October 3rd when they host Virginia Wesleyan at the Cregger Center in Salem.
