The Salem Police Department reported the following people were arrested and charged between July 18-24. Arrest indicates an accusation and defendants are presumed innocent unless found guilty in court. Police do not release the names of persons under the age of 18.
Those arrested and their charges were listed as:
July 18 – John E. Goad Jr., 43, possession of marijuana; Lauren B. Lockhart, 22, assault and battery; Kevin R. Steele, 20, possession of marijuana; Katie R. Waldron, 18, possession of marijuana
July 19 – Harold S. Lynskey, 44, public intoxication
July 20 – Allen J. Chaney, 21, failure to appear; John T. Harrison Jr., 65, assault and battery; Timmy D. Hall, 49, contempt of court
July 21 – Laurentiu Iancu, 27, shoplifting, public intoxication; Ion Predica, 43, shoplifting
July 22 – Jaleyn A. Word, 20, assault and battery; Kimberly N. Hagy, 29, driving under the influence
July 23 – Tatiyanna Hughes, 18, assault and battery; Rhonda Burleson, 52, public intoxication
July 24 – Kaylah R. Kent, 24, failure to appear; Vladyslav Antdshchuk, 46, indecent exposure, assault on a police officer; Madisyn A. Vieira, 22, shoplifting

July 23 – Grand larceny, 1100 block of Kime Lane
