Local residents earn degree from WGU

The following local residents have received their degree from Western Governors University (WGU). The university held its 33rd semi-annual commencement ceremony at the Salt Palace Convention Center in Salt Lake City on July 15 and celebrated the graduation of more than 10,000 graduates.
* Janie Thompson-Christian of Elliston (24087) has received her Bachelor
of Science in Nursing
* Jennifer Thayer of Roanoke (24018) has received her Bachelor of Science
in Health Informatics
* Temitope Ajani of Roanoke (24018) has received her Bachelor of Science
in Nursing
* Chelsea Camper of Salem (24153) has received her Bachelor of Science in
IT – Software Emphasis
* Rosemary Saul of Salem (24153) has received her Master of Science in
Nursing – Education (BSN to MSN)
* Mark Foutz of Salem (24153) has received his Bachelor of Science in IT –
Software Emphasis
