The Salem High soccer team presented TJ Fisher, a 2025 graduate and former Spartan soccer player, with the third annual Mike Crowe Award prior to last week’s game with Hidden Valley at Salem High.
“The Salem Soccer Team and Coaches are proud to present TJ Fisher with the Mike Crowe Award for his efforts during the 2025 season,” said Salem coach David Atkins. “This award recognizes the person who best represents our team’s core values, and we could not be prouder to present this award to TJ. His hard work, leadership and dedication to the team and his teammates made this an easy choice.”
Crowe is a former Salem High coach who passed away unexpectedly in the spring of 2023. Mike served as a volunteer assistant coach for many years at Salem.
“We lost a great father, husband, friend and coach,” said Atkins. “Mike was an integral part of the Salem Boys program and helped build our team culture.”
