Salem Councilman Hunter Holliday is launching Coffee with Council, a new monthly town hall series designed to connect directly with the citizens of Salem. These open forums will be held in the Salem Public Library Community Room and will feature Holliday alongside invited guests, including fellow city leaders, department heads and community stakeholders.

The goal of Coffee with Council, Holliday said, is to foster open, honest dialogue about the issues that matter most to Salem residents. Whether it’s public safety, infrastructure, economic development, or quality-of-life concerns, these gatherings provide an accessible and informal space to ask questions, share ideas and stay informed, he added.

Upcoming town halls:

  • Tuesday, July 8 | 10 – 11 a.m.
  • Tuesday, Aug. 12 | 2 – 3 p.m.
  • Tuesday, Sept. 23 | 10 – 11 a.m.
  • Tuesday, Oct. 14 | 10 – 11 a.m.
  • Wednesday, Nov. 12 | 10 – 11 a.m.
  • Tuesday, Dec. 9 | 10 – 11 a.m.

All events will be held at the Salem Public Library Community Room.

All Salem residents are encouraged to attend, enjoy a cup of coffee, pastry and be part of the conversation shaping our city’s future.
