You are hereby notified that the Petitioner has filed the above and foregoing Petition for Divorce in the Superior Court of Carroll County, Georgia seeking to have a hearing on her Petition. You are further notified that this Petition for Divorce was filed on the 29th day of April, 2024.  The Court signed an Order for Service by Publication authorizing service by publication on the 31st day of July, 2024.  In the event you wish to contest or oppose the relief sought in this Petition, you are directed and required to file an Answer with the Clerk of Superior Court of Carroll County, Georgia, within sixty (60) days of the date of the Order for Service by Publication as set forth above.

You are further notified that if you wish to contest or oppose the relief set forth in the Petition, you are required to be and appear in said Superior Court of Carroll County, Georgia at 311 Newnan St., Carrollton, Georgia on the 7th day of November, 2024 at 9 o’clock A.M. to show cause why the relief of said Petition should not be granted.
