The petitioner having filed a Petition before this court for a hearing and it appearing to this Court that the whereabouts of said Respondent, ENRIQUE RIPLEY, JR., are presently unknown to the Petitioner and Petitioner having therefore requested an Order directing service to be made upon said party by publication of summons as by law provided and it further appearing that Respondent cannot be found with due diligence within the State of Georgia;
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, that service of process be made upon ENRIQUE RIPLEY, JR. by publication as provided by law.
