The Roanoke College men’s lacrosse team advanced to the semifinal round of the Old Dominion Athletic Conference tournament with an 11-5quarterfinal round win over Bridgewater in Salem Tuesday night.

The third seeded Maroons will play second seeded Hampden-Sydney in a semifinal game at Washington & Lee Friday night.

The ODAC championship will be at W&L in Lexington on Saturday. The Generals are the top seed in the tournament and earned the right to host, edging defending ODAC champ Hampden-Sydney for that honor. W&L will play the winner of a first round game between Randolph-Macon and Lynchburg in Friday’s other semifinal.

On Tuesday in Salem Jason Sarro had five goals to lead the Maroons while Wyatt Naylor and IV Stucker had three each. Ian Davies had 10 saves in goal for RC as the Maroons improved to 13-4 on the season.
