The Salem Police Department reported the following people were arrested and charged July 6-12. Arrest indicates an accusation, and defendants are presumed innocent unless found guilty in court. Police do not release the names of persons under the age of 18.
Those arrested and their charges were listed as:
July 6 – Elifaz R. Morales, 37, domestic violence; and Phillip R. Strange, 42, burglary, failure to appear.
July 7 – Frank D Hairston, 60, violation of probation; and Tara L. Woods, 58, assault and battery.
July 8 – Priscilla L. Lemon, 34, shoplifting; and Wilburn D. Richmond, 48, damage property, trespass on church property.
July 9 – Wendy G. Jannay, 53, DUI; Anton P. Nock, 27, public intoxication; Tammy L. Jackson, 46, failure to appear; Jeffrey A. Terry, 35, possession of a controlled substance, possession of firearm with controlled substance, neglect; Michael A. Lucado, 42, public intoxication; Alexander L. Hill, 21, car-jacking; and Arnold E. Smith, 43, domestic assault and battery.
July 10 – Cody A. Lawson, 29, violation of probation; Bradford L. Gillis, 51, public intoxication; and Tynajia R. Smith, 21, carrying a concealed weapon.
July 11 – Tiffany S. Lambert, 31, domestic assault and battery
July 12 – Richard L. Stoner, 38, grand larceny; John A. Zackary Jr., 40, domestic assault and battery, burglary; and Jason W. Layman, 45, violation of probation.
