Spartan Field was the site of the annual Recreation Department soccer camp last week. Salem boys’ coach Dean Jones and his staff conducted the camp and it had a great turnout.
Girls Camper of the Week was Anna Habeeb and others selected in their age group included Rosie Horne in 5-7 year olds, Leah Johnson in 7-8, Jhenneil Brussard in 8-9, Gabby
Crawley in 9-10 and Avery Mangus for 10 and above. For the boys, Mike Grant was named the overall Camper of the Week and others named, by age group, included Jack Johnson
for 5-7 year olds, Andus Handen for 7-8, Patrick Dawyot for 8-9, Riley Roland for 9-10 and Jason Purl for 10 and above. Below left, Spartan Christopher Clemens works on heading
