The Andrew Lewis track teams competed Saturday in the Terrier Classic track meet held at William Byrd High School.
The girls’ team finished second in the 10 team field and were led by Madelyn Eversole who remained undefeated in the 1600 meters and also won the 800 meters. Eversole, Brynn Clewis, Alice Carr and Joh’anna Nugent were champions in the 1600 meter relay.
The boys’ team finished in fourth place and were led by top scorer Zyere Richardson who won both hurdle races. The 1600 meter relay team of LaMickael Stacy, Josh Elliott, Liam Park, and Jayden White finished off the meet by claiming first place.
The Wolverines finish their season at the OMSOC Championship meet at Christiansburg High School this Saturday.
